Great location and nice ambience around the reception and bar area. A disappointing experience occurred at breakfast. The hostess caused confusion over our reservation and took too long to address the issue, which overshadowed the otherwise appreciative service from the front desk staff. While the rooms were comfortable, attention to detail in customer service is needed.

We loved nice modern and well-appointed rooms and outstanding food.
It was a NICELY DECORATED place, had very very helpful and attentive staff at all times. Booked a room with a splendid bathroom. This accommodation was in the central location close to everything in Guildford.

Nicely decorated and great looking accommodation with amiable staff at all times. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Location: amazing, just off the bar/ gardens very much in use, and the centre of town. Again, not far from High Street. Nice pool, parking on-site. Good to have a bar in the lobby.

Our room had a window with opaque glass and it could not be opened, so it was dark.

The even rooms face an alley with a building under construction. We change to a room with another orientation (odd rooms). Once there, the noise from the air conditioners installed on the roofs was disturbing, but with the window closed, there is no problem.

We had a lovely stay with a fantastic breakfast spread and good cocktails at the bar. Our room was beautifully decorated and very spacious. The outdoor pool was a quirky gem, especially in the cool weather!
